Fixings

1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 clove garlic, squashed
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 shoulder sheep hacks, cut 1-inch thick
1 sm. cauliflower, parboiled
2 medications. green peppers, each cut into 6 pieces and parboiled
2 lg. tomatoes, each cut into 6 pieces

Barbecued LAMBCHOP INSTRUCTIONS

Above all else in little bowl, mix cooking oil, lemon juice, thyme, basil, garlic, salt and pepper. And afterward pour marinade over sheep and refrigerate for a very long time, turning sporadically. 
Next is to barbecue over hot coals or under oven for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, or until wanted level of doneness, brushing much of the time with marinade. Put vegetables on sticks and barbecue 5 to 6 minutes for each side, brushing with marinade. Each serving is roughly 311 calories. 6 servings.
